API Terms of Use
1. Current Availability
Prime Decision AI may discuss API and enterprise integration opportunities on an individual basis. Publication of this page does not grant API access.
2. Authorization
API access requires express authorization. Any production integration may be subject to a separate written agreement.
3. Credentials
Authorized users must protect credentials and must not publish secret keys in websites, mobile applications or public repositories.
4. Permitted Data Use
Data and results may be used only within the scope of the applicable authorization, third-party licenses and legal requirements.
5. Restrictions
Unless separately authorized, access does not permit bulk redistribution, resale, unauthorized dataset reconstruction or attempts to bypass technical controls.
6. Usage Limits
Technical limits, availability, support, retention and pricing are determined through the applicable integration arrangement. No numerical limits or service-level guarantees are promised by this public page.
7. Data Quality
Location and decision outputs may contain uncertainties and should be validated for the intended use case.
8. Privacy and Security
Integrators are responsible for satisfying their applicable privacy and security obligations, including providing required notices and obtaining permissions where legally necessary.
9. Suspension
Authorized access may be limited or suspended under applicable contractual terms or as necessary to address security and abuse risks.
10. Commercial Terms
Fees, invoicing, intellectual property, support and other commercial obligations must be agreed separately.
